2.1. The Digital Products are not:

• electronic money;
• an investment instrument;
• a means of payment.

2.2. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive right of use within the service.

3.1. Payment is made through the payment systems available on the site.

3.2. The moment of payment is considered to be the successful completion of the transaction.

4.1. The Digital Products are credited to the user's account automatically after payment is confirmed.

4.2. The crediting time may depend on the operation of the payment systems.

5.1. After the Digital Products have been credited, no refunds are issued.

5.2. Exceptions are possible only in the event of a technical error caused by the Provider.

6.1. The Provider is not liable for the inability to use the service for reasons beyond its control.

7.1. The service, its software, game functionality, in-game currency, energy, game resources, interfaces, and other Digital Products posted on the site are created, administered, and provided directly by the Provider.

7.2. The Provider does not resell goods, digital keys, codes, licenses, in-game valuables, accounts, or other items created or provided by third parties.

7.3. The Provider does not act as an agent, commission agent, intermediary, or payment representative of third parties and accepts payment solely for its own digital products and access to the functionality of its own service.

7.4. Payment under this offer constitutes payment for digital content and the functional capabilities of the Provider's service, and not payment for third-party goods or services.
